The pool was surprisingly warm, perfect for my kids who just went nuts swimming around. the staff really went out of their way to help us when we needed extra towels, like they were genuinely happy to assist us.

It was just a suitable option for a trip in Maidstone with attractive and competitive value for money. The food was lovely, and served flawlessly with different diets all taken care of. Bring your own conditioner as the rooms don't have any.

Really loved the friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel special, especially with the birthday surprise! Only downside was the room could use a little updating. 😊
